Return & Refund Policy — Manoj Cycles

1. Overview

At Manoj Cycles, all sales are considered final. Products once sold are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product is found to be damaged at the time of delivery.

This policy applies to all purchases made from Manoj Cycles unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. No Return / No Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Size, color, or model mismatch

• Price changes or promotional offers

• Normal wear and tear

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order.

3. Damaged Product Exception

Returns or replacements will be accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible under this exception:

• The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Clear photos or videos showing the damage and original packaging must be provided

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact

Failure to report damage within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.

4. Inspection and Resolution

Once the damaged product claim is received:

• Manoj Cycles will review the submitted evidence

• If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

• If the claim is rejected, the product will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued

All decisions regarding damaged product claims are final.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using:

• The original payment method

• UPI transfer for Cash on Delivery orders

Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to:

• Inspect the package at the time of delivery

• Refuse delivery if the package appears tampered with or severely damaged

• Report any damage immediately upon delivery

Manoj Cycles is not responsible for damages reported after the allowable reporting period.
