1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders placed with Manoj Cycles may be cancelled. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been shipped or dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be permitted.

• Cancellation requests must be made by contacting Manoj Cycles with the order details.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• After the order has been shipped or dispatched

• Customised or special-order products (if applicable)

• Orders delayed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

• Orders placed during clearance sales or special promotions, if specified as non-cancellable

4. Cancellation by Manoj Cycles

Manoj Cycles reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product unavailability or stock issues

• Pricing or listing errors

• Payment verification failure

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment received will be refunded as per the original mode of payment.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment:

• A refund will be initiated to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

• Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers

Shipping or processing charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

6. Relation to Return Policy

Cancellation of an order is independent of the Return & Refund Policy. Once an order is delivered, it will be governed strictly by the No Return Policy, except in cases where the product is found damaged at the time of delivery.
